I wonder if it would be preferable for watering newly planted grass. I have an irrigation system and I tunr 4 times per day. I live in Manitoba. then it would be better to run the system.

You should never water the new grass in the heat of the day because of burning and the water is not through the night to the configuration of the tool in the new lawn. This is the best in the morning.
