Need 80 lbs heavy bag for training at home ceiling prob? - heavy bag ceiling mount
I have a budget of $ 100 for 70-80 kg heavy bag and my umbrella sing probably.I need help to find a level that is a roof, unless you have other ideas?

To hang from the ceiling, you need to get in the attic, and a substance, the part that is found hang you, too in. .. Support drilling a hole in the ground and anchor the bag
