What is causing my foggy head/pressure/headache? - causes of head pressure

I ran with a perpetual fog feeling seems to be some kind of infection. My ears feel wet if they do not, and I get a lot of pressure in my head usually tilted or concentrate. I had an MRI and other tests and has not been determined. We also work with ribs, constipation and many PVC products (heart buttons) treated after eating. Has anyone an idea? I had a chest x-ray was clear. Is this a sinus infection or a fungal infection? They also seem to have some symptoms of TMJ and ear pain in the ear develops the touch damp.
